Are you a high-energy hospitality leader who loves creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re seeking an Activities Manager to lead our resort recreation and pool operations while delivering world-class service and maintaining our prestigious Gold Crown standards.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind engaging activities, safe and vibrant pool operations, and a motivated team that brings fun and exceptional service to life every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire the Activities and Pool teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Plan, schedule, promote, and execute resort activities and special events.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across all recreational areas.
- Respond to guest needs, handle service recovery, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Train, schedule, and manage staff performance and development.
- Coordinate with all departments to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
- Review guest feedback and continuously improve programming and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hospitality management experience (resort or timeshare experience preferred).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong guest service mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard business systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
