Twin Lakes Extended Care is seeking an Activities Director to create meaningful and engaging programs that support the interests, abilities, and quality of life of our residents.Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate individual and group activitiesDevelop programs based on residents' interests and abilitiesOrganize seasonal events and special programsEncourage resident participation and independent activitiesAssist residents to and from activities as neededQualifications:Previous experience working with elderly individuals is requiredRecreation or activities experience preferredDegree in Recreation or previous experience as an Activities Director or Recreation Assistant preferredPositive, outgoing, and energetic personalityStrong organizational, planning, and multitasking skillsPay: $18.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
