• Reports To: District Administrator and Principal

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The School District of Crandon is seeking an Activities Director for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will begin July 1, 2026.

CANDIDATE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in educational settings, student activities, athletics, or related leadership roles

• Previous experience as a coach, athletic director, activities coordinator, or similar supervisory role

• Knowledge of interscholastic athletics rules, compliance, and best practices (e.g., WIAA regulations)

• Demonstrated ability to supervise, support, and evaluate coaches, advisors, and volunteers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, families, and community partners

• Ability to collaborate effectively with school administration and district leadership teams

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
