POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The School District of Crandon is seeking an Activities Director for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will begin July 1, 2026.
CANDIDATE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in educational settings, student activities, athletics, or related leadership roles
Previous experience as a coach, athletic director, activities coordinator, or similar supervisory role
Knowledge of interscholastic athletics rules, compliance, and best practices (e.g., WIAA regulations)
Demonstrated ability to supervise, support, and evaluate coaches, advisors, and volunteers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, families, and community partners
Ability to collaborate effectively with school administration and district leadership teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
