Chestnut Ridge - A Senior Living and Memory Care Community Are you looking to have fun and use your creativity while working? This job will allow you to have an impact on the people you work with, while also giving you a way to express your individuality and creativity through your work! Assists the Life Stages Director in providing active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the mental, physical, spiritual and social needs of Residents and that allow Residents to continue playing an active role in society. Ability to assist in the development and implementation of activities is required. The ability to create interest in the activities and motivate Residents to participate daily is required. Creativity and motivational skills necessary. The ability to exercise good judgment and make confident ethical decisions is essential. Must be able to effectively manage time in order to complete multiple tasks. Other benefits:
