Job Type: Full and Part Time, Hourly
Rate of Pay: $12-$13
What You''ll Do
- Lead and facilitate engaging recreational activities and events for children, families, and resort guests.
- Supervise children ages 4-12 in a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions and promoting resort activities, amenities, and facility locations.
- Process activity reservations, equipment rentals, and payments accurately while handling cash transactions responsibly.
- Monitor recreation facilities, including pool areas, arcade, cinema, and children''s activity spaces, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce recreation and pool safety rules, identifying and addressing potential hazards while maintaining a secure environment.
- Assist with the setup, organization, and maintenance of recreation equipment, supplies, and activity areas.
What You Bring
- Previous recreation, hospitality, childcare, or guest service experience preferred.
- A friendly, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working around pools and recreation facilities while maintaining safety standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
- First Aid and CPR Certification preferred.
