Activities Aide I - Day shift: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Works every other Saturday and every other holiday. This position is scheduled 45 hours in a 2-week pay period. Activities Aide I - Day shift: 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Works every other Saturday and every other holiday. This position is scheduled 30 hours in a 2-week pay period. Responsibilities Include: Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently, have good organizational skills, display effective communication skills (written and verbal), have the ability to push wheelchairs and is able to adapt well to change. Critical thinking and the ability to assess resident needs and make recommendations to leadership based upon them is required for this position This role is required to initiate and lead individual and group activities Must be able to follow direction of Activities Coordinator and Activities Director with minimal supervision
