MUST:
Experienced Active Directory/Identity & Access Management (lead)
Must be able to obtain and/or pass a Public Trust background check
5+ years of experience managing Active Directory and Identity & Access Management systems
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and IAM tools
Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work flexible hours and at multiple locations
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification required
Relevant Identity and Access Management certification required
ITIL and CISSP certifications preferred
ITIL Foundation certification required within six (6) months of assignment to the project
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

DUTIES:
Serve as the Service Desk resident expert for delivering Active Directory support and lead the team responsible for managing AD and IAM systems
Provide technical leadership and expertise in managing Active Directory and Identity & Access Management systems
Ensure the security, efficiency, and continuity of access control mechanisms in alignment with applicable security requirements
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of AD/IAM systems
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
Handle complex issues related to user access and identity management
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate AD/IAM systems with other applications
Collaborate with other IT service areas and customer organizations
Ensure cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team
Work with IT managers, engineers, technicians, and the customer to ensure expectations are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner
