Activation Specialist
Penmac Staffing is hiring Activation Specialists for a customer-focused travel booking position in Springfield, MO. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, making recommendations, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced phone-based environment. In this role, you will contact customers who have already purchased vacation packages and assist them with scheduling their travel accommodations. The position begins with two weeks of paid training conducted in the office. After successful training, work-from-home opportunities may be available based on client requirements and performance.Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer programs efficiently
- Data entry experience and attention to detail
- Previous call center experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers who have pre-purchased vacation packages
- Schedule and confirm vacation accommodations
- Provide recommendations to help customers choose the best travel options
- Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems
- Meet quality and attendance expectations
Schedule
- This is a full-time position.
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends
- Regular Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Pay and Incentives
- $15.00 per hour
- Weekly attendance bonus
- Commission for each booking completed
- $1000 sign-on bonus available
