Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $42.00/hr (local candidates within 50 miles); $55.00/hr (traveling candidates outside 50 miles)
- Salary Range: $64,000 $68,500 annually
- Pay package discussed upon application

What Youll Do
- Conduct intake and assessment services as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate on treatment planning, case management, and client evaluations
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with community agencies and organizations
- Assist clients with accessing benefits, transportation, and service coordination
- Participate in special interest groups and community education initiatives
- Support trauma-informed, person-centered care environment
- Document services accurately and timely in electronic health records
What You Need
Required:- Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Iowa licensure (LMHC, LISW, or equivalent)
- Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel within approximately 50 miles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical and emotional challenges associated with mental health work
Preferred:- Previous experience in mental health settings
- Experience with electronic health records and documentation
