The Act Team RN will also provide training and instruction to staff to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to the consumers in such areas as, but not limited to, AMAP training, First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, and OSHA requirements (Tuberculosis Awareness instruction and annual screening). The ACT Team RN is responsible for utilizing comprehensive skills in assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, case management, medication administration, crisis intervention and the documentation of services provided in direct care of ACT team consumers.
