ACS Project Manager and Business Ops

Job Summary
• This role serves as the analytical and planning backbone of the Workstations, translating business unit strategy into an operating plan leadership can execute against. The role develops strategic and financial recommendations by synthesizing data, conducting in-depth analysis, and rigorously testing hypotheses to support well-informed portfolio and investment choices. AThis person will lead complex, cross-functional planning efforts and partner across product, finance, marketing, sales, and supply chain to align Workstations strategy with divisional and corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Supports the ACS planning cadence end to end — annual operating plan, long-range plan, quarterly and monthly business reviews — including inputs, templates, decision capture, and follow-through.
• Identifies the research, tools, and analysis required to answer the business unit's highest-stakes strategic questions, and structures the analytical approach independently
• Builds and maintains the models that underpin portfolio decisions: revenue and margin forecasts, pipeline and attach analysis, cost and investment cases, pricing and mix trade-offs, and scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Develops recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance, and converts variance into a clear narrative of what moved, why, the corrective action, and the forecast implication
• Leads large, cross-functional planning efforts without direct authority — setting guidelines, objectives, contingency plans, and deliverables, and driving timely delivery to stakeholders
• Consults directly with business unit executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and new growth opportunities across the Workstations portfolio
• Prepares decision-ready executive materials, including QBR and MBR content, leadership briefings, and executive-staff communications developed in partnership with the Chief of Staff Office
• Provides thought leadership by developing new methods, techniques, and criteria for strategy analysis, and raises the analytical standard of the planning function
• Fosters team engagement and organizational health by helping design and run all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, recognition moments, and employee-listening mechanisms such as pulse surveys, and by turning the resulting feedback into recommended actions for the leadership team.
• Supports the business unit communications plan in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Communications — drafting and editing all-hands content, organizational announcements, leadership messaging, and internal narratives that translate strategy into language the broader team can act on.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
