    Description

    Join us as an Acquisition Analyst, where you'll play a key role in evaluating and executing multifamily investments through financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence. You'll partner closely with our investment team, gaining hands-on experience across the full acquisition lifecycle.     Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports
    • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions
    • Conduct market research, including rent/sales comps and economic trends
    • Support due diligence, including property tours and document review
    • Prepare investment materials and presentations
    • Track deal flow and maintain pipeline reporting
    • Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams
    • Assist with transaction structuring and cash flow projections

    Qualifications & Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
    • Knowledge of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates)
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and effectively whilst working remote and traveling
