Make an impact supporting the National Institute of Health! Lynch Consultants is seeking an Acquisition Support Specialist with a solid understanding of the full acquisition lifecycle who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference.  

Only applicants who fully satisfy all required qualifications will be considered for further review. 

Salary: $120,000 to $140,000/yr. Commensurate with experience.

 
Work Location and Schedule:

  • This position is located in Rockville, MD. Associates are required to be on-site at least 2-3 days per week. 


Required Qualifications – Must Have: 

  • MUST have a BA/BS.
  • MUST have AT LEAST 10 years of experience in federal acquisition support.
  • MUST be able to obtain OR maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • MUST have strongknowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR),federal procurement processes, and agency acquisition systems.
  • MUST have experience developing acquisition strategies, Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with market research, solicitation preparation, and technical/cost proposal evaluation.
  • Comfortable coordinating with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program managers. 
  • Previous NIH or Federal IT acquisition support experience.


Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
