Position Overview:Our insurance agency is seeking a motivated, fully licensed Acquisition Specialist to turn internet leads into new customers.
This is a dedicated insurance sales role, with responsibility for the entire sales process—from initial outreach and needs discovery to quoting, presenting coverage options, and closing business.
You will work exclusively with internet leads, using prompt outreach, consistent follow-up, and strong closing skills to drive sales. This opportunity is ideal for a confident salesperson who enjoys pursuing opportunities, overcoming objections, and achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities- Contact internet leads promptly and engage prospective customers in sales conversations.
- Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Prepare accurate quotes, explain coverage, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Overcome objections and follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, quotes, follow-up activity, and sales.
- Meet established expectations for sales activity and production.
Qualifications- Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (required).
- Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and managing internet leads.
- Persistent, organized, and motivated by sales goals.
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous insurance sales and internet lead experience preferred.
