The Ryan Brewington State Farm Agency is looking for a driven, sales-minded Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on hitting goals, creating opportunities, and closing business. If you’re motivated by results, enjoy outbound activity, and want a career where your income grows with your performance, this is the role for you.
This position is licensing-contingent. Candidates must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not currently licensed, we provide full support through the licensing process. Candidates begin formal in-office training once the Property & Casualty license is obtained.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead outreach
- Engage prospects, uncover needs, and confidently present insurance solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and track progress daily
- Schedule appointments and conduct consistent follow-up to drive conversions
- Collaborate with the team to execute outreach strategies and hit agency goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to win
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and ask for the business
- Organized and consistent with follow-up, activity tracking, and pipeline management
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating contact daily
- Sales, marketing, outreach, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
