Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and data-driven Acquisition Integration Analyst to play a key role in the integration of newly merged companies within our organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive the complex integration process, analyze key business metrics, and ensure a smooth transition and alignment with company goals.
Success in the role requires a powerful combination of project management and business analysis skills, a confident approach to guiding stakeholders, and expertise in handling the specific challenges of integrating newly acquired companies. This position is an in-office role based in Orlando, Florida with likely travel (up to 25%) to our offices located throughout the United States.

Qualifications:
This position requires extensive travel, approximately up to 25% of the time, in support of business objectives and client engagements. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on project needs. Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may be conducted in outdoor or operational environments. Adherence to all company safety protocols and use of PPE is required during travel and on-site work.
