Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for an Acquisition Analyst in support of Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for Tactical Information Systems (PEO-TIS) Integrated Sensor Systems.
PEO-TIS provides SOF with advanced, mission-ready capabilities as technical experts in ISR, tactical communications, and specialized collection and exploitation systems. Across its portfolio, PEO-TIS integrates and fields resilient sensors, biometrics, and forensic exploitation tools, remote and space-enabled capabilities, and secure communications that improve situational awareness, targeting, and over-the-horizon connectivity. The organization drives testing, training, and operational assessments to rapidly transition proven technologies into deployable capabilities that support SOF operations in contested environments.

Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibilityCertifications: DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency (DAWIA level II equivalent) and in the Program Management career field, or the ability to attain within 6 months of hireEducation: Bachelor''s degree in business, program management, or other relevant disciplineYears of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in DoD Acquisition Program Management, to include:
3+ years DoD experience in any of the following areas:
Military Communications
Signals Intelligence
Information Technology
Sensors
ISR Operations
Sensitive Site Exploitation
Data management
Working knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System as directed by DoD Instruction 5000.02, "Operation of the Defense Acquisition System."
Working knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Framework process
Knowledge of price and cost analysis sufficient to review proposals, actual and estimated expenditures, and established rates to determine price reasonableness or to determine a negotiation position. Ability to properly apply funding rules associated with the obligation of multiple types of appropriations
Knowledge of contracting negotiation, administration, and termination principles, policies, procedures, and technical requirements applicable to the full range of contracting actions for a variety of contract types
