Location: Onsite - 5 days and Hybrid (Both) - Tuesday - Thursday. Remote - Monday and Friday

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in sensor hardware development or characterization
- Experience in MEMS sensor assembly and manufacturing. Direct experience with MEMS microphones preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanics, materials science, or acoustics and an interest in applying that knowledge to microphone packaging design and module assembly
- Familiarity with assembly techniques (solders, adhesives, etc.) and material interactions (chemical, thermal, mechanical susceptibilities)
- Curiosity in reliability testing and failure analysis, including IPx
- Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Exposure to semiconductor and MEMS backend processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with multi-disciplinary team members
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop MEMS microphone modules, focusing on package design and module assembly
- Work with a cross-functional team of MEMS and electronics experts, system mechanical design engineers, and technical operations team members, as well as external partners
- Develop new tests and characterization strategies to advance understanding of problems and validate solutions
- Regularly communicate work with a diverse cross-functional team via presentations on status, risk, and mitigation strategies
- International travel may be required (10%)
