    Join Our Compliance & Governance Team

    As a Compliance & Governance Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting organizational compliance initiatives, governance programs, regulatory readiness, and risk management activities. This position helps ensure adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and company requirements while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working across departments to support compliance objectives and governance initiatives.

    A Day in the Life...

    A Day in the Life of a Compliance & Governance Representative

    1. Support the administration and execution of compliance and governance programs across the organization.
    2. Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
    3. Assist with compliance audits, monitoring activities, corrective action plans, and documentation reviews.
    4. Maintain compliance records, governance documentation, and audit-ready files.
    5. Support the investigation, tracking, and resolution of compliance-related issues and concerns.
    6. Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
    7. Monitor regulatory updates and communicate changes that may impact company operations.
    8. Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
    9. Track required training programs and maintain records related to compliance education initiatives.
    10. Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards, and compliance metrics for leadership review.
    11. Assist with accreditation, licensing, and regulatory survey preparation activities.
    12. Support risk management efforts through documentation review and process improvement recommendations.
    13. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive company, employee, client, and patient information.
    14. Participate in internal committees, governance meetings, and compliance-related projects as assigned.
    15. Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced compliance oversight.
    16. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders regarding compliance expectations, findings, and corrective actions.
    17. Adhere to all company policies, regulations, security requirements, and ethical standards.
    18. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

    Education and Qualifications

    Required

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, governance, auditing, risk management, healthcare operations, or related field
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to analyze information and identify potential compliance risks
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    Preferred

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, or related field
    • Experience with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care programs
    • Compliance certification or related professional credential
    • Experience supporting audits, investigations, or regulatory reviews

    Pay Range - $18- $34/hr
