Bring your accounting experience and ADP payroll skills to a privately owned manufacturer of wood products sold through retail channels. This position blends approximately 80% accounting with 20% payroll, offering day-to-day variety and the chance to make a visible contribution in a small office.

What you will do

• Support daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and complete assigned accounting projects.
• Prepare and review accounting information and supporting documentation for the finance team.
• Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now and review payroll inputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate internal contacts.
• Maintain organized, confidential records and respond to payroll questions with professionalism.
• Coordinate with finance and HR to meet deadlines and support accurate reporting.

Schedule and compensation
The salary range is $65,000–$70,000, with $70,000 as the stated maximum. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility discussed individually.
