Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Hybrid role The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for managing the accounts receivable department and is ultimately responsible for the efficient management of cash receipts application of all payments in a timely fashion. Accounts Receivable Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily/month end closing processes related to cash receipts.
• Maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective steps by identifying significant variances.
• Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates.
• Define, develop and implement collections and accounts receivable policies and procedures.
• Make recommendations for improvements for daily cash application.
• Delegate, review, prepare or assist with internal and external audit schedules as assigned.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

Accounts Receivable Supervisor Qualifications: 

• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5-7 years related experience.  
• Supervisory experience preferred.
