Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and scientific services industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting billing and invoicing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $26
Shift: Days (09:00-17:00)
What's the Job?
- Monitor and retrieve billing notifications and supporting documentation from multiple sources, including customer portals and email communications.
- Review, validate, and consolidate billing information to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Prepare and generate customer invoices for clinical ancillary materials services in accordance with contractual terms.
- Submit invoices through various channels such as online portals, email, and electronic invoicing systems.
- Maintain detailed records of invoice submissions, supporting documentation, and billing status, and resolve billing discrepancies proactively.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related functions.
- Experience working with customer billing portals and electronic invoicing systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
