Accounts Receivable Specialist Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P)
- Location: East Meadow, NY or Manhattan, NY
- Pay: $22$23/hr | Overtime Eligible
- Schedule: MonFri, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

What Youll Do:
- Handle accounts receivable including posting, verifying, and recording payments
- Resolve denied claims (commercial & Medicaid), including appeals
- Review EOBs, manage collections, and coordinate medical records for appeals
- Communicate directly with insurance carriers to ensure accurate patient billing
- Prepare reports to keep management updated on account status
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while keeping patient information secure
