Description

We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role is an addition to a growing team. You will support a nationwide organization under the leadership of the Accounting Manager. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Resolve short payments and deductions

  • Cash applications

  • Invoice reconciliations

  • Credit releases

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of accounts receivable experience

  • Higher education desired, but not required

  • Detail oriented and task driven

  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
