Accounts Receivable Specialist (manufacturing company)

50+ year-old manufacturing company has an opening for an Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!

Duties:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices within ERP system
• Submit progress billing installments based on each project milestone
• Apply customers’ payments accordingly based on specific project milestone
• Calculate applicable sales taxes
• Process credit memos, re-bills, and adjustments

Experience

• 2+ years of accounts receivables (AR) / billing experience
• Must have recent AR / billing experience within a manufacturing company
• Progress billing experience preferred
• ERP systems experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Salary: $26-30/hr.
