We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. Our ideal candidate is a go-getter with a strong background in accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, credits, adjustments, and rebates.


As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the entire accounts receivable process, including creating and sending out invoices, managing collection efforts, and ensuring timely payments.
2. Applying cash receipts to customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies in the accounting records.
3. Processing credits, adjustments, and rebates accurately and efficiently.
4. Conducting account research and analysis, and preparing aging reports.
5. Communicating with customers regarding their billing and payment issues and providing excellent customer service.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve the accounts receivable process.
7. Ensuring compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably in the sales industry.
2. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, credits, adjustments, and rebates.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
