Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Are you numbers-savvy, detail-oriented, and love solving problems? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team!

What You'll Do:

Manage collections and follow up on past-due accounts (about 65% of your day)
Assist with Accounts Payable coverage when needed (20%)
Support consignment account activities (15%)
Respond to customer billing questions
Post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
Help customers stay on track with their account balances

What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (required)
Strong 10-key and data entry skills
ERP software experience
Excellent communication, grammar, and attention to detail
Quick learner with great problem-solving skills
