Accounts Receivable Representative - Phoenix, AZ - Contract - $20-30 Per HR
This position offers a hybrid work environment in a regional healthcare setting. The role involves handling accounts receivable tasks, including billing and collections, with a requirement for proficiency in general accounting principles and experience with electronic health records systems. Candidates will work a regular day shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and manage past-due accounts.
- Reconcile accounts and research unapplied or misapplied payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify collection priorities.
- Resolve discrepancies between invoices and payments.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in billing and collections within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in general accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems and office software like spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
