Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative II

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing and handle administrative duties related to accounts receivable
• Correctly record and process customer payments and checks on a regular basis
• Communicate effectively with customers to collect overdue payments
• Use relevant software for processing invoices and recording data
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform backup duties with the accounting team and support project-based assignments
• Maintain strong customer service skills and build good relationships with clients
• Work independently and utilize basic computer software such as Microsoft Office

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma with accounting experience
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Experience with invoicing and accounting software is preferred
• 0+ years of relevant experience (as indicated by minimum experience of 0)
