Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking an experienced
Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR department in a fast-paced, multi-entity organization. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all Accounts Receivable operations to ensure timely collections and accurate cash application.
- Improve and streamline the entire AR lifecycle by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand payment processes and proactively resolve collection issues.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing disputes and improve collection performance.
- Escalate delinquent or high-risk accounts as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain accurate weekly cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare AR reports and performance metrics that help leadership make informed financial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and accounts receivable best practices.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Cross-train team members to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
- Strong ERP system experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build positive customer relationships.
