    We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR department in a fast-paced, multi-entity organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving processes, mentoring employees, partnering with operations, and making a measurable impact on cash flow and financial performance.

    What You'll Do
    • Lead and manage all Accounts Receivable operations to ensure timely collections and accurate cash application.
    • Improve and streamline the entire AR lifecycle by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to understand payment processes and proactively resolve collection issues.
    • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing disputes and improve collection performance.
    • Escalate delinquent or high-risk accounts as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
    • Develop and maintain accurate weekly cash flow forecasts.
    • Prepare AR reports and performance metrics that help leadership make informed financial decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and accounts receivable best practices.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Cross-train team members to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.
    What We're Looking For
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
    • Experience working in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
    • Strong ERP system experience.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build positive customer relationships.
