Accounts Receivables Director

Target Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivables Director:


• Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities
• The Accounts Receivables Director will oversee accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and customer payment risk management
• Develop and manage net working capital forecasts, identifying opportunities to improve cash conversion and financial performance
• Govern customer financing programs, lender relationships, credit standards, and financing approvals
• Deliver executive-level reporting and analysis on cash flow, credit exposure, working capital, collections, and financial risk

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivables Director:


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Progressive finance leadership experience managing cash flow, credit, collections, and working capital functions
• Proven success improving DSO performance, managing customer credit risk, and working with banks or financing institutions
• Strong knowledge of SAP, financial reporting, internal controls, corporate finance, and accounting principles
