Job Details

Accurately post and apply customer payments to open invoices.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, unapplied cash, and deduction issues.
Communicate payment and account discrepancies with internal teams, including Sales and Finance.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, billing, payment history, account balances, and account reconciliations.
Provide copies of invoices, proof of deliveries, and other account documentation as requested.
Prepare and distribute customer account statements.
Monitor outstanding balances and maintain accurate customer account records.
Manage collections efforts, including contacting customers on past-due accounts and following up on unpaid balances.
Escalate delinquent accounts and provide aging updates to management.
Prepare credit references and account status information when requested.
Generate monthly reports and assist with accounts receivable analysis and reporting.
