COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

ROLE IMPACT

Build your accounting experience while supporting accurate and timely accounts receivable operations. In this entry-level role, you will help process invoices and customer payments, maintain financial records, and research payment discrepancies. Success means providing accurate, dependable support while developing practical accounting and administrative skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with day-to-day accounts receivable (AR) functions.

• Process and track customer invoices and payments accurately.

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.

• Research payment discrepancies and assist with resolving account issues.

• Provide general accounting, data-entry, and administrative support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

• Professional communication skills and dependable work habits.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous office, administrative, or accounting experience required.

• Willingness to learn accounts receivable processes and procedures.

• Ability to work effectively in a detail-focused team environment.
