Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Generate and send accurate freight invoices, including all supporting documentation
*Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances
*Post and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check)
*Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or short payments
*Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
*Maintain accurate account records and assist with month-end reporting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Trucking, Brokerage. Logistics experience required
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
*Effective communication and problem-solving skills
*Experience with TMS or accounting systems is a plus
