Immediate openings for an Accounts Receivable Clerks - $15.50/HOUR

HYBRID ROLE

 

An El Paso company needs an Accounts Receivable Clerk! The Accounts Receivable Clerk will assist with securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, as well as resolving discrepancies. Work is two (2) days in the office and three (3) days from home. Equipment is provided but must have internet connection. The Accounts Receivable Clerk should be able to complete the following:

  • Reconcile and post payments to accounts receivable ledger or accounting spreadsheet.
  • Figure discounts and post sales and cash receipts.
  • Prepare cash and check payments for bank deposits, issue customer statements, aging reports, and other operating statements.
  • Prepare bills and invoices for sales and services rendered.
  • Collect on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, and/or mail.
