Hours & Pay
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay: $18.00+ per hour
- Employment Type: Direct Hire

Daily Responsibilities
- Process and post accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received and applied correctly
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding account status
- Support general accounting and administrative functions as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or accounting support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in an office-based accounting environment
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with accounting systems and standard office software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
