We are a small, growing company in Conyers, GA that supplies and services rock drilling tools. We serve a niche market and work as a tight team with our shop and parts staff.
About the Role
This is an admin-focused role handling customer invoicing and follow up. It is not an accountant position. If you have invoicing, billing, or collections experience and enjoy keeping accounts organized, this is a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Create customer invoices accurately and on time
- Follow up on overdue invoices with customers by phone and email
- Handle general office and admin duties
Requirements
- Experience in invoicing, billing, collections, or similar admin work preferred
- Any accounting or billing software experience is a plus, and training is provided on our system (IntelliDealer)
- Comfortable following up with customers in a professional way
- Accurate, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable with computers, email, and basic Excel
- Able to work onsite
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekends off
- Leave by 4:00 PM on Fridays when possible
