Voss Collision Centre is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This position involves managing daily accounting tasks, including posting payments, invoicing, handling deposits, and preparing payroll information. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Word, Excel, and payroll software, with a preference for experience with Reynolds and Reynolds.Benefits Offered:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance2 weeks vacation after one yearSick and Holiday PayWeekly payroll with direct depositEmployee Referral ProgramDiscounts on Parts and ServicesKey Responsibilities:Post checks to the appropriate accounts in an accurate and timely manner.Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered parts, labor, and additional charges related to body shop repairs.Review completed repair orders for accuracy before invoicing.Monitor and follow up on overdue accountsProcess and send daily deposits to the accounting office.Invoice all repair orders and insurance forms in a timely manner.Assist in ensuring that the body shop's financial records and documentation meet company and industry standards.Work closely with the Body Shop Manager, CSRs, and other team members to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.Input final billing information into the Reynolds and Reynolds system on a daily basis.Prepare payroll information on a weekly basis.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and payroll software is required.Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Candidate must successfully complete a background check and drug screening. How to Apply:Apply online or in person today at:Voss Collision Centre94 Loop RoadCenterville, OH 45459We look forward to hearing from you!
