The Accounts Receivable Associate will help manage incoming payments, maintain customer accounts, and assist with collections efforts. A successful Accounts Receivable Associate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Apply customer payments

  • Review aging reports

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices

  • Resolve account discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate financial records


Qualifications:



  • Prior Accounts Receivable experience preferred

  • Basic Excel knowledge

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
