Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist:
- Process invoices, payments, and cash applications accurately and timely
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end closing activities
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
