We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented AR Analyst to research customer payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies. This role involves significant Excel work and data analysis and is a great opportunity for a technically minded professional.
Responsibilities
Research customer payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare account reconciliations using large data sets.
Investigate billing issues and research supporting operational data.
Analyze a high volume of data in multiple systems.
Communicate with customers, vendors, operations, and internal teams.
Manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related.
Must have Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and XLOOKUP.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems.
SQL, Access, coding, or programming knowledge is a big plus.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
