What You'll Be Doing

• 
  

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations

  
  
• 
  

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections

  
  
• 
  

• Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions

  
  
• 
  

• Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

  
  
• 
  

• Provide additional accounting support, including AP processing and month-end activities, as needed

  
  
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

• 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on hands-on accounts receivable processing

  
  
• 
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

  
  
• 
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting or ERP systems

  
  
• 
  

• NetSuite experience is a plus!

  
  
• 
  

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities

  
  
• 
  

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

  
  
• 
  

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
