Accounts Payable Specialist

Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist!

Pay is $24-$27 per hour / 40 hours per week / 8am-5pm Mon-Fri in office

Position involves all AP functions including:

• Receiving, verifying and processing invoices for weekly check runs
• Tracking of all PO’s
• Completing vendor credit applications as needed
• Three way matching of invoices for payment
• Maintenance of W-9’s ,1099’s and COI’s for Vendors
• ACH, Wire and credit card payments as needed

Desired Experience/skills:

• High volume A/P processing (1000 invoices per month)
• Syteline Software
• 5 years Accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment
