Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near Schaumburg to assist with a search for an accounts payable specialist. This role is onsite and temporary to hire. This role will handle full cycle accounts payable as well as month end reporting.

Process accounts payable

Ensure proper coding, matching and approvals

Communicate with vendors regarding accounts

Accruals and reconcile vendor statements

Maintain vendor files

Reconcile credit cards

Review and process expense reports

Prepare check runs

Monthly reports for AP

Required:

3 + years of prior full cycle accounts payable experience

Comfortable with Excel

Excellent organization and communication skills

Deadline driven

Pay: $26-$31/hour

Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
