Accounts Payable Specialist (SAP S/4HANA)

Relevante is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist with SAP S/4HANA experience for a 2-year contract with a large manufacturer's North America Finance Shared Services team, aligned to Princeton, New Jersey, paying $25.00 per hour and currently remote after onsite onboarding.

What you will do

• Run the end-to-end accounts payable process accurately and on time
• Process vendor invoices and perform 3-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices
• Set up and maintain vendor master data, including banking and tax documentation
• Prepare payment cycles and month-end closing reports in SAP S/4HANA
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice, payment, and AP exceptions
• Support internal controls and process improvements

What you need

• 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience, ideally high-volume or shared services
• SAP proficiency (S/4HANA strongly preferred)
• Strong Excel: formulas, sorting, filtering, and reconciliations
• High accuracy and strong organization across multiple deadlines
• Clear, professional communication with vendors and stakeholders
