Working with an outsource provider in managing invoice processing inbox, and resolving issues, maintaining the daily tracker we receive from our outsourced provider. Our client focuses on developing first-in-class and best-in-class therapeutics that provide meaningful advances to patients who live with serious and life-threatening rare genetic diseases.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the AP query inbox for entities, ensuring we are within our 48 hour SLA.
• Ensuring invoices on hold are resolved timely.
• Working with internal colleagues in resolving invoice and PO queries.
• Managing the ‘Goods received not invoiced report’.
• Working with an outsource provider in managing invoice processing inbox, and resolving issues, maintaining the daily tracker we receive from our outsourced provider.
• Main point of contact for phone queries.
• Ability to work with vendors with issues on invoices.
• Requesting statements from vendors and ensuring they match the information on file in the system.
• reconciling supplier statements
