LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $31.83/hr.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, 8am-5pm | Hybrid, 2 days/wk. in office
*Union dues every 4 weeks of $63.90
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify account distributions, approvals, and disbursement authorizations
Review, process, and enter invoices using matching procedures, resolving discrepancies
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to address invoice and PO issues
Maintain and update vendor master data, including tax and banking information
Assist with month-end accruals, close activities, and support multiple entities
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of AP transactions while providing backup support as needed
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
12 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
Solid understanding of AP processes and fundamental accounting principles
Experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with digital document management
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities, with effective time management and prioritization
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements for this office role include the ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks such as typing and data entry, and occasionally lift or move light objects (up to 20 lbs).
