  Process 400–500+ invoices per week across the full AP cycle

  Review, analyze, and reconcile vendor statements for accuracy

  Research and resolve discrepancies and statement issues efficiently

  Partner closely with the AP Manager and collaborate with the broader accounting team

  Communicate directly with vendors to maintain strong, professional relationships

What We’re Looking For in the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  7+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
