We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic and growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and contributing to a collaborative finance team. 

What You'll Do

• Process and verify a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accounting records and support daily financial operations
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Research and investigate invoice-related issues
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and accounting activities
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional AP certification is a plus
