In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting the organization's overall financial operations.

What You'll Do
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive working relationships.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support special projects and process improvements within the accounting department.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
